As 2022 disappears into the sink hole of eternity and 2023 emerges blinking into the sunlight, can we now look forward, with optimism, to a brand new year?

It is generally agreed that January is a quiet time for the hospitality trade. Nonetheless, we will still be running our regular events such as Possibly Profane Crafting, Games Afternoon, Bottle Share and Homebrew Club.

Please check out Live in Unit 5 and social media for updates.

February will see the return of four very popular events: Strange Crewe (goth/alternative), Stand-up Comedy, Meet the Brewer and Cheese Night. If that wasn’t enough, there will also be Open Mic (acoustic), Synth City (electronica jam), live music, Old School Rock Discos, quizzes, and special events.

On the brewery front, we will be celebrating our 5th birthday this year (15th-18th June), so there are some exciting collaborations with other breweries in the pipeline. In the meantime our beer and cider fridges are being continuously revitalised with new and exciting cans and bottles; and there is always a wide selection of beer and cider on tap.

Last, but not least, to all our customers we wish you a Happy New Year, and we look forward to seeing faces both old and new in 2023.
