A light, soft apple that is classed as a ‘sweet’ – for having
high sugars, but low tannins and acidity. Fermented to
dry, it produces a juicy and gentle cider with a crisp
orange tanginess that delicately ripples across the
tongue. Easy drinking.
The sweetest cider we make, featuring our Siamese cat
‘Suzie Wong’ on the label. Very fruity blend of sharps
